• F.Sc (Pre Medical / A Level / Medical Technology) with 60% marks.

• NAT by NTS or Entry Test by Institute with 50% Marks.

• The age limit is 18-25 years.

• Admission form is available from Admission Office Zohra Institute of Health Sciences (ZIHS).

• Processing fee Rs. 1,500 /- for Undergraduate applicants shall be submitted through pay order / bank draft in favor of
